Formal agreements and tuition obligations only commence after you receive our official quote and authorize payment via our secure follow-up link or invoice.
2. In-Person Academy & Child Care Programs
- Registration & Deposit Fees: Initial registration fees cover administrative onboarding, background documentation, and classroom resource allocation. These fees are generally non-refundable once an enrollment spot has been reserved.
- Monthly Tuition Refunds: If a family must withdraw a child prior to the first calendar day of the tuition period, a full refund of prepaid tuition (minus the registration fee) will be issued.
- Mid-Month Withdrawal: A written 14-day advance notice is required to cancel recurring enrollment. Pro-rated refunds for remaining unused calendar weeks are granted upon verified medical relocation or extenuating family circumstances approved by center directors.

- 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you purchase access to our On-Demand Video Classes (Starts from $250) and find that the curriculum does not suit your child's learning style, you may request a 100% refund within seven (7) calendar days of initial portal activation.
- Technical Resolution: If you encounter technical access hurdles, our support staff will assist immediately. If system access cannot be delivered, a full credit or refund will be promptly issued.
4. Inclement Weather & Emergency Closures
In accordance with Maryland State and local school district weather advisories, the safety of our children and staff is paramount. For unscheduled weather closures or state emergencies, our center provides supplementary live-stream or video classes. Regular tuition rates account for standard operational reserves; short-term closures of three days or fewer are non-refundable.
